5 Celebs Speak on Their Sexual Experimentation

These 5 stars have all admitted that they either like to experiment with sex, or have done so in the past in order to figure out their sexual identity. Gavin Rossdale has previously revealed that he had a gay relationship for a while in his teens, which helped him ultimately figure out that he prefers a heterosexual relationship. Fergie says that she has been with women in the past, while Miley Cyrus also says she is open to experimentation in her teenage years.

Christina Aguilera

Christina says she does what her heart desires when it comes to sex, even if that means a lesbian encounter: “I love experimenting with my sexuality, if that means girls then so be it. It would be wrong to hide this side of my personality.I have casual sex, I love casual sex, what is so wrong with a 22-year-old woman showing her sexuality? If people want to insult me, let them. Call me a slag. If being a slag means being a strong woman, I’ll gladly be that.”

Thomas Jane

Thomas Jane says he was open to exploring his sexuality when he was younger: “You’re a lot more open to experimentation as a young man, and for me, being a young artist and broke in Los Angeles, I was exploring my sexual identity. And probably because of my middle-class, white blue-collar upbringing, I would have never had the opportunity to confront some of my own fears and prejudices had I not been hungry enough to be forced to challenge myself in that way.” Thomas says he was able to make the choice to be heterosexual by experimenting: “It’s not a choice until you’re open enough to experience both male and female sexuality.”

Miley Cyrus

Miley Cyrus believes it just a part of being a teenager: “I just always try to be real. Every 18-year-old explores sexuality and experiments and tries things. For me there’s no reason to change that. You have to be true to yourself. I stay in the house pretty much every day. I don’t go out. I’ve had the same boyfriend for two years. So I think there are two very different reviews.”

Gavin Rossdale

Gavin Rossdale says that he experimented with a gay relationship in the past but was afraid to talk about it at first:”I think at the outset there was a sort of fear—that was right at the beginning of Bush, and I didn’t want it to be part of it. It felt like a cheap shot, so I was like, “I’m not getting involved.” I’ve never wanted to appear closed about it. It’s not something I’ve talked about really because it’s always been in the glare of a tabloid world. It’s just one of those things: Move on. When you’re 17, Jesus Christ. I don’t think there’s anything strange about any form of—you’re learning about life. It’s a part of growing up. That’s it. No more, no less.” Gavin says it was just to try it out and figure out what he likes: “Yeah. That was it. You have to know what you like, and I know what I like.”

Fergie has admitted to experimenting and even showed this side of her in a music video with the Black Eyed Peas: ‘I’ve experimented definitely, but I have never had a steady girlfriend, you’ll like our next video, for I Got A Feeling, because I have a little girl-on-girl tease section, I met the girls right before we did the scene. They were beautiful. They were hot. One of them was the director’s girlfriend – so he was happy.’
