5 Celebrities Who’ve Admitted That They’re Addicted to Getting Tattoos!

They may have started out with something small and subtle that is barely noticeable, but these 5 stars have quickly become addicted to getting inked. Some say they’re addicted to the weird pain that comes with the tattoo, while others simply love the thrill of the whole process and believe adding to their tattoo collection is seriously fun. While they hope they won’t ever get one they regret, for now these 5 celebrities are totally loved up with regularly adding new art to their body and growing their unique tattoo collection bigger and bigger.

Alexandra Burke

Alexandra keeps her tattoos hidden but is addicted to the pain: “They’re all hidden. I’m not going to get any on my arm or anything like that or Simon will kill me. He was like, ‘Why are you getting tattoos?’ and I was like, ‘Because I like them. I’m already addicted to the pain of it. The one on my foot killed. I think it’s because it’s on the side bone. I screamed my head off in the shop.”

Ozzy Osbourne

Ozzy admits that getting inked can be addictive but worries about the regrets, especially because his daughter Kelly loves tattoos now too: “The trouble with tattoos is they’re addictive. I’ve known girls who start out with a flower on their ankle, and three months later they’ve got an entire battle scene across their arse. When my own daughter got tattoos, I said to her, ‘Fashions come and go. One day you may resent what you did to your body’. It’s one thing being young and beautiful with a tattoo, another when you’re a grandma with a floppy dagger on your arm. There are times when even I wake up and look at the smiley face I drew on my knee and think, ‘What the f**k did I do that for?’ Getting them done hurts like crazy too.”

Megan Fox

Megan says the whole process is addictive but she hopes she never regrets any: “They’re definitely addictive. I don’t have any that I truly regret yet, but I’m sure I will at some point. I’m trying to refrain from going forward for that reason. I don’t want to be 40, looking at my arm in the mirror and going, ‘Oh my God – what did I do?'”

Lea Michele

Lea loves to add to her tattoo collection with meaningful musical tats: “I’ve got 10 little ones now! I have ‘I believe’ on my wrist, which I was inspired to do after I was in the Broadway show ‘Spring Awakening’. I have some musical notes on my back from Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ and I talked Jenna (Ushkowitz) and Kevin (McHale) into getting ‘imagine’ on our left feet. My mom and I also have matching butterflies on our backs. I don’t think I’m stopping at 10 though!”

Kiefer Sutherland

Kiefer loves to mark important events in his life on his body: “I got my first tattoo when I was 16 and had just left home. I was really scared so a couple of friends and I got tattoos as a bonding thing. From then on, anytime I went through something in my life that mattered to me I had this desire to make a tattoo out of it.”
