3 Celebs, Including Kirstie Alley, Who Lost A Lot Of Weight

Kirstie Alley lost 100 lbs. and she’s determined to keep the weight off. The size 6 star wants to inspire her fans to get in shape too. Starting New Year’s Day, Alley launched the program “100 Days of Dance,” which involves dancing for 100 consecutive days to help stay fit. Alley says she wants everyone “to experience some version of Dancing With The Stars” because she lost so much weight during her time on the show. She wants to encourages her fans to dance because “it’s free and you can do it anywhere and anytime,” unlike other boring workout routines. Kirstie will post videos online of herself and special guests dancing throughout the whole project.

Kirstie Alley isn’t the first celebrity to inspire fans with her extreme weight loss. Here are a few other stars that’ve made dramatic changes as well.

Kelly Osbourne

Throughout 2009 and 2010, Kelly Osbourne dropped from a size 14 to a size 2. Her time on Dancing With The Stars helped her lose part of the weight. Kelly stuck to working out and eating healthy after the show ended to help keep the weight off.

Jennifer Hudson

Jennifer Hudson said she started out trying to lose weight after giving birth to her 2-year old son. She used Weight Watchers to shed the pounds. Hudson lost 80 lbs. and reportedly dropped from a size 22 to a size 0.
