Kim Kardashian is in the midst of a messy divorce from Kris Humphries, but she’s keeping her mind off it by focusing on other things, like staying in shape. 31-year-old Kardashian, who stands at just a little over 5-foot tall, recently started working out and is already seeing results. She lost 6 pounds in one week. Kim stated at an event on March 22 that she’s “on a mission” and figures that now is the best time for her to get in shape because she’s single. She works with trainer Gunnar Peterson and uses her brother Rob as her workout buddy to help stay motivated. Kim works out twice each day – she runs on the treadmill in the morning and does strength training or Pilates at night. In addition to her exercise routine, Kim keeps to a strict diet now too. She doesn’t eat any gluten, sugar, or dairy and avoids sitting at home too much because it leads to eating too much.

Kim Kardashian is keeping her mind off her divorce and celebrating being single again by getting her body into excellent shape. She has already lost a lot of weight in just a week. Here are some other celebrities that also lose weight quickly.

Tyra Banks once lost 30 pounds in just 5 months. She shed the pounds by walking and running on the treadmill and boxing. As for her diet, Banks stopped eating out at restaurants every night and cooked healthy dishes instead.
